Snag Alternative Contemporary Arts hosts an ongoing live painting art raffle event at The American on a frequent basis. Snag hired us to take over the event starting in December, 2018. We were in charge of curation, management of artists, design, marketing, and sales.
To keep visitors of the event coming back month after month, and attract new ones. Also, to increase profit from raffle ticket sales.
We created new concepts for each event that centred around a common theme, and worked to create installations that would correspond with each event. We helped to gain and maintain sponsorships that aligned with the brand, decreasing overhead and increasing profit.
Over the course of 1 year, we we hired over 70 artists, through 12 public events with over 5,000 attendees, while our marketing reached over 54,000 people through Instagram and 6,000 through Facebook and Instagram, and news outlets. The result was an increase in ticket sales of Snag events by 20%, and increased attendance by 30%.
